Traditional Chinese doctors felt the body’s energy had to flow freely. If this did not occur, people would get sick, or feel pain. They inserted a tiny needle in the point of pain, to free the passageway, and relieve the pain. The next time you have a back ache or your foot hurts, think about acupuncture!
